Whether you are looking for a place to teach a class, hold regular meetings, or hold a special event, Kenyon House is a place that can happen. Our mission is based on creativity, learning and community. We do this through facilitating a wide variety of activities and encouraging people to “think outside the circus tent.”
Multi-Week Classes
Classes can range from $100 for a two-session class up to $475 for a 5-week class. See schedule for opportunities and options.
The goal of the classes is to build skills in smaller bites that you can integrate into your practice as you learn.
Keep an eye on our Classes tab for the latest offerings. Coming soon: Color Theory with Katherine L Wright, Knitting Club, Printmaking on the Cheap, and there are rumors in the air of a possible gelly plate printing class!

Drop-In Classes
The most exciting part of the Kenyon House are the Drop-ins! The Thursday Night Drawing classes began in November and have been increasingly busy. Upcoming additions will expand in every direction, ranging from a beginner’s level Digital Still-life class, Comic/Anime Illustration drawing sessions, the ‘Watercolor. With. Wine.’ evenings or the Gaming & Miniature Paint Nights, or even the upcoming Artist Socials, there is something at Kenyon House that will invigorate your creative curiosity.
Prices for each will be posted as they are scheduled and will fall in the $10-$25 range, depending on length, materials provided, and stipend for instructor/model.
The goal of the Drop-ins is to allow anyone to try something new without a huge investment, to build community in a open, supportive environment and to have some fun.
Workshops
Mainly held on or over a weekend, the workshops will be extended times (4-8 hours per day) and will have meal breaks. These will be advertized well in advance and generally will range from $200-500 due to the time and space required.

Classroom & Drop-in Space Rental
Kenyon House offers an inviting, light-filled space for instructors hosting creative classes of any kind. The main class space comfortably seats up to twelve participants.
The space can also be reserved for drop-in classes such as ‘Sip-n-Sketch’ or ‘life drawing’ activities. -
Meeting Space Rental
The Meeting Space is all about the 'dining room table' feels. Surrounded by historic built-ins and woodwork, the former dining room offers a wonderful space to hold a board meeting, artist meetup, or small seminar or training session. The table seats up to 10 people.

Event Space Rental
Have your event at a fantastic central location with historical character and ‘Old Bozeman’ charm. You’ll have full use of the Class Space, Meeting Space, Gallery and Foyer (stairs only to the top) as well as the full kitchen. There is off-street parking and soon to be ADA accessible. (currently pending)

Self-Promotional Gallery Rental
The Gallery at Kenyon House extends throughout the main floor and is flexible in it's usability. Each room has ample opportunity for it’s own vibe or can be used for one large body of work. The use of the kitchen and some storage space in the dry basement adds convenient options for an extended showing.

Lease a Studio!
Be a part of Kenyon House! Studio spaces range from 50SF to 200+SF offering a range of prices and amenities. Studios are currently all on the upper floor and have access to a utility sink, shower and lots of storage. All studios have a window of their own.
There is currently one studio left. It is one of the smaller studios, but it has a window seat and wonderful west light.

Classroom & Meeting Room Rental
Kenyon House offers inviting, light-filled spaces for instructors hosting classes on any subject or groups needing a physical space to gather. The Classroom comfortably seats up to 12 participants and our Meeting Room seats 8–10 members.
Guests enjoy kitchen and bathroom access as part of every rental. Off-street Parking is available. Additional amenities such as easels, whiteboard or projector are available.
Base Rate
Week Day $50/hour
Weekend Rate $60/hourExpanded Rates
Longer Booking Discounts:
– Half-day (4 hours): 5% off
– Full-day (8 hours): 10% off
– Multi-day (8hrs/day): 15% offRecurring Booking Discount
– 10% off for 4 - 6 sessions
– 20% off for 7 or more sessionsWe also offer the opportunity for community members to use our space for drop-in classes, such as life-drawing or a sip & sketch. These are classes with no set curriculum or pre-paid attendees. They will be charged at a discounted base rate on a basis of 3 hours/session (including set up and clean up) and a pre-book agreement.
– 33% off base rate for 4 - 10 sessions.
– 50% off base rate for 10 or more sessions. -
Event & Gallery Rental
Kenyon House is available for small events such as Holiday, birthday, graduation or retirement parties, b-mitzvahs, weddings, memorials or even company retreats, to name a few. Guests have access to the entire main floor which would include the Main Gallery, the meeting room, classroom, kitchen and private bathroom as part of every rental. Off-street parking is limited, but available. Organizers are responsible for basic cleanup and trash removal.

– Multi-week 10% off Full Week RateOur Main Gallery may be rented for up to two weeks (Friday-Thursday) for artists or organizations who would like to self-host an opening, show or event. Rates will be charged the same as Event Space Rates. In addition, there will be a 10% commission on sales.
Optional services & amenities available include
- Hanging fee @ $50/hr
- Daily janitorial duties $40/day
- Daily hosting / sales staff (9am - 5pm) $35/hr
- Event planning including additional decoration / staging, catering, floral, music, etc. arrangments $125/hr.
