Pasta Bottega - Recreating Regional Pasta

Learn about the origins, history and forming of the plethora of pasta ingredients, shapes and colors in this series of short hands-on classes. Participants will finish each class with fresh pasta and serving ideas they can take home and share.

Brandy Blakeley, owner of Pasta Bottega, will provide fresh dough and walk participants through the cutting, folding, curling, chopping or pressing of specific pastas while providing interesting historical facts as well as serving and pairing ideas.
