Pasta Bottega - Recreating Regional Pasta

Learn about the origins, history and forming of the plethora of pasta ingredients, shapes and colors in this series of short hands-on classes. Participants will finish each class with fresh pasta and serving ideas they can take home and share. Kids classes available. Email for more information

Brandy Blakeley, owner of Pasta Bottega, will provide fresh dough and walk participants through the cutting, folding, curling, chopping or pressing of specific pastas while providing interesting historical facts as well as serving and pairing ideas.

Click on “Pasta Bottega” above to sign up for classes. Every adult class participant takes home a full pound of fresh pasta and the session finishes in plenty of time to hit the store so your creation can be prepared for your Sunday dinner. Adult classes are offered a’ la carte or as a package.

The kids classes will be a perfect after school drop-off while you run errands or do the shopping. Kids classes are a sequence of 3 classes each.
